Gardner Resources Consulting, LLC is seeking a technically savvy Business Analyst to translate complex healthcare business requirements into scalable Salesforce Health Cloud and integration solutions. You will collaborate with product, architecture, and engineering teams to ensure delivery of aligned, scalable outcomes.

The role focuses on eliciting and documenting requirements, creating epics and user stories, defining integrations, and supporting SIT/UAT.

Qualifications

  • 6+ years as a Salesforce BA or Technical BA.
  • Experience documenting requirements for Salesforce Health Cloud, APIs, microservices, and enterprise integrations.
  • Strong data mapping and end-to-end process design across source systems and Salesforce.
  • Healthcare payer experience including Commercial/Medicare/Medicaid workflows (claims, workflow, or case management).
  • Facilitate requirements workshops, stakeholder engagement, UAT, and solution validation.
  • Working knowledge of REST APIs, microservices, integrations, and modern cloud architectures.
  • Strong understanding of Salesforce data models, workflow automation, and case management.
  • Ability to create process flows, user stories, functional specs, and integration requirements.

Job description

Our client is seeking a technically savvy Business Analyst who can translate complex healthcare business requirements into scalable Salesforce Health Cloud and integration solutions, while collaborating effectively across business, product, architecture, and engineering teams.

Required Experience

  • 6+ years as a Salesforce Business Analyst or Technical Business Analyst.
  • Experience gathering and documenting requirements for Salesforce Health Cloud, APIs, microservices, and enterprise integrations.
  • Strong experience with data mapping, transformation rules, business rules, and end-to-end process design across source systems and Salesforce.
  • Healthcare payer experience supporting Commercial, Medicare, and/or Medicaid business processes, including claims, workflow, or case management.
  • Experience facilitating requirements workshops, stakeholder engagement, UAT, and solution validation.

Technical Knowledge

  • Working knowledge of REST APIs, microservices, integrations, and modern cloud architectures.
  • Strong understanding of Salesforce data models, workflow automation, and case management.
  • Ability to create process flows, user stories, functional specifications, and integration requirements.

  • Experience working in Agile/Scrum or SAFe environments.
