Job summary

Embrava, a company that connects digital systems with the physical environments where people work, seeks a Technical Business Analyst to centralize how internal systems are built. You’ll learn how the business runs, translate that into clear requirements and user stories, and help design practical solutions with engineers.

You’ll map current and future workflows, identify automation opportunities, and prototype using AI tools, while supporting testing, UAT, and training users as the system

Qualifications

• 1-3 years of experience in business analysis, product, or related role.
• Foundational knowledge of programming concepts, databases, and software systems.
• Experience translating business needs into clear functional specs.
• Strong verbal and written communication with non-technical users.

Responsibilities

• Translate business needs into clear requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
