Valiant Technologies LLC is seeking an experienced Business Analyst to gather, analyze, and document business requirements and translate them into actionable IT specifications. You will work with product and engineering teams to design AI-powered solutions and validate them against business needs.

The role requires strong analytical abilities, data visualization skills, and proven leadership across cross-functional teams in a fast-paced tech environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum 8 years of experience in business analysis or related field.
• Bachelor's Degree in business administration, computer science, engineering, or equivalent; Master's degree preferred.
• Experience driving AI-enabled solutions and AI workflows.
• Advanced analytical skills and data visualization experience.
• Experience guiding cross-functional teams in a high-technology company.
• Strong written and verbal communication with ability to present to diverse audiences.
• Ability to influence and drive consensus among stakeholders.
• Proactive, self-starter able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Responsabilités

• Elicit, analyze, and document business requirements from stakeholders using interviews, workshops, and reviews; leverage AI-powered tools.
• Analyze processes and systems to identify improvement opportunities and AI/Agentic solutions.
• Translate requirements into functional specs, user stories, and use cases for IT projects.
• Collaborate with PMs, architects, and developers to design and validate technology solutions.
• Develop and execute test plans and scripts; support automation for regression testing.
• Lead UAT and ensure delivered solutions meet expectations and quality standards.
• Facilitate defect triage and work with engineering to ensure timely releases.
• Serve as liaison between business and IT, communicating status and risks.
