Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in CS or Engineering (required).
- 5+ years as a Business Systems Analyst or Techno-Functional Analyst are required.
- Experience with AI automation, enterprise workflows, system integrations, APIs, n8n, Boomi, or automation platforms.
- Strong understanding of Agentic AI, REST APIs, webhooks, JSON, data mapping concepts, and workflow orchestration.
Responsibilities
- Translate business needs into structured, implementable AI automation requirements.
- Document current and future state processes and identify transformation opportunities using AI and workflow automation.
- Create clear user stories, acceptance criteria, and data mappings for AI-enabled workflows.
- Collaborate with AI Automation Engineers and architects to validate feasibility and governance before build.
