Job summary

Entech in Malvern, PA is seeking a Senior Business Analyst to bridge business stakeholders, data science teams, and engineers, identifying AI and automation opportunities and translating them into actionable requirements. This on-site role partners with legal/compliance and third-party AI vendors to align roadmaps.

You will guide end-to-end AI-driven initiatives, validate outputs for accuracy and bias, and lead change management with training and ROI tracking to ensure expected outcomes.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience as a Business Analyst in software, digital transformation, or enterprise technology environments.
• Practical understanding of Agentic AI and AI-enabled solutions.
• Strong ability to parse analytics, user behavior data, and performance metrics to diagnose gaps.
• Experience with Jira, Confluence, and Miro for requirements and collaboration.
• Excellent stakeholder communication with non-technical leaders.
• Bachelor’s degree in CS, Business, IS, or related field or equivalent practical experience.

Entech is seeking an experienced Senior Business Analyst to act as a strategic bridge between business stakeholders, data science teams, and software engineers. In this role, you will identify high-impact artificial intelligence (AI) and automation opportunities, translate complex business challenges into actionable technical requirements, and oversee the delivery of scalable AI-driven solutions

Key Responsibilities

• AI Opportunity Identification: Analyze existing business processes and workflows to spot inefficiencies that can be solved using Machine Learning and Agentic AI.
• Requirements & Documentation: Translate vague business goals into clear, testable functional and non-functional requirements, user stories, acceptance criteria, and process flows (BPMN/swimlanes).
• AI-Accelerated Delivery: Leverage Generative AI and copilot tools (such as Jira, Confluence, or custom AI assistants) to accelerate drafting documentation, summarizing feedback, and generating data models.
• Stakeholder & Vendor Management: Facilitate cross-functional workshops with business leaders, IT, legal/compliance, and third-party AI vendors to align on roadmaps and dependencies.
• Validation & Governance: Establish validation frameworks to test AI-generated outputs for accuracy, bias, data privacy, and ethical (Responsible AI) standards.
• Change Management: Lead user training, adoption metrics tracking, and post-release performance evaluations to ensure expected ROI is realized.

Required Qualifications

• Experience: 7+ years of experience as a Business Analyst within software development, digital transformation, or enterprise technology environments.
• AI & Technical Fluency: Practical understanding of Agentic AI.
• Analytical Skills: Strong ability to parse platform analytics, user behavior data, and performance metrics to diagnose system or knowledge gaps.
• Tool Proficiency: Experience with requirement management and collaboration platforms like Jira, Confluence, and Miro.
• Communication: Exceptional stakeholder management skills with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical business leaders.
• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Business, Information Systems, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
