Job summary

IMEA seeks a self-driven Technical Business Analyst to bridge business and technology across AWS-based, vendor, hybrid, and home-grown platforms in a hybrid US-based role. You will translate business needs into actionable requirements and support AI-enabled initiatives.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Technical Business Analyst, Systems Analyst, or similar role in a complex technology environment.
• Strong requirements elicitation, documentation, analysis, and stakeholder management.
• Solid understanding of databases, SQL/querying, data analysis and validation.
• Experience with APIs, system integrations, and data mapping.
• Familiarity with cloud/hybrid environments and automation testing initiatives.
• Exposure to AI, ML, or intelligent automation initiatives preferred.

Responsibilities

• Partner with business users, product owners, developers, QA/SDETs, and stakeholders to gather and document requirements.
• Translate business needs into functional and technical requirements, user stories, processes, and acceptance criteria.
• Support decision-making by articulating impacts, dependencies, trade-offs, and solution considerations across platforms.
• Work across a diverse technology ecosystem including cloud, vendor platforms, hybrid, and internal apps.
• Analyze data flows, integrations, and system interactions to ensure requirements are complete and feasible.
• Collaborate on API requirements, database analysis, data mapping, and validation logic.
• Use querying and analysis to investigate issues, validate data, and support testing and implementation.
• Identify requirements to establish and enhance test automation frameworks with SDET teams.
• Contribute to AI and intelligent automation initiatives with defined business use cases and controls.
• Support end-to-end delivery through testing, defect triage, UAT, and post-implementation validation.
• Drive continuous improvement in BA practices and cross-team collaboration.
