We are seeking a highly motivated Business Systems Analyst (BSA) to join a fast-paced enterprise technology team focused on data platforms, AI-enabled solutions, systems integration, and business transformation initiatives.

In this role, you will serve as the critical link between business stakeholders, data engineering teams, and AI/ML practitioners. You will gather requirements, analyze business processes, document data flows, and translate complex business needs into actionable specifications that support enterprise systems, analytics platforms, and emerging AI capabilities.

Key Responsibilities

• Partner with business and technology stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document requirements.
• Define and document current-state and future-state business processes and workflows.
• Create functional and non-functional requirements, user stories, acceptance criteria, and test cases.
• Develop business process models, data flow diagrams, process maps, and system documentation.
• Support enterprise AI initiatives by documenting AI use cases, model inputs/outputs, workflows, and integration requirements.
• Analyze enterprise data structures, data lineage, business rules, and access controls.
• Collaborate with Data Engineering, Analytics, and AI/ML teams to define data requirements and solution specifications.
• Support model lifecycle processes including training data requirements, validation criteria, monitoring, and operational readiness.
• Assist in documenting APIs, event-streaming architectures, batch processing workflows, and integration patterns.
• Work closely with Risk, Security, Compliance, and Privacy teams to capture governance and control requirements.
• Conduct business impact assessments and present findings to technical and executive stakeholders.
• Support requirements related to financial transaction processing, including ACH, wires, checks, and related data flows.
• Help establish and maintain business analysis standards, templates, and best practices.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, MIS, Business, or related field.
• 3+ years of experience as a Business Analyst or Business Systems Analyst.
• Experience working with enterprise systems, structured data processes, and systems integration projects.
• Strong experience gathering and translating business requirements into technical specifications.
