The Steel Network, Inc. (TSN) is seeking a Business Development Manager to expand our footprint in engineered cold-formed steel framing systems, fabrication capabilities, and design assist services.

This role emphasizes relationships, technical knowledge, and cross-functional opportunity management to drive long-term growth. As a Technical BD Manager, you will identify opportunities, support customers as a technical resource, and coordinate with internal teams from opportunity to project

Formación

• Experience interpreting architectural/structural drawings, specs, and bid documents.

Responsabilidades

• Identify, qualify, and develop project/account opportunities through prospecting, referrals, networking, and events.
• Maintain and grow relationships with architects, engineers, developers, owners, general contractors, and distributors to drive long-term growth.
• Manage opportunities from initial identification through project completion, including CRM pipeline and forecast management.
• Serve as a technical resource for TSN's steel framing systems, fabrication capabilities, and design support services.
• Review drawings and specs to identify TSN applications and support estimating, take-offs, quotations, and design-assist tasks.
• Deliver technical presentations, demonstrations, and programs communicating TSN value and capabilities.
• Collaborate with engineering, estimating, project management, manufacturing, and customer service teams to coordinate requirements.
• Travel within assigned territories for meetings and events.
