Job summary

Hilton Mechanical Contractors in Georgia seeks a results-driven Business Development Manager to lead our structural steel growth. You will hunt for new opportunities, build GC/owner relationships, and convert them into awarded contracts, leveraging our AISC-certified fabrication and field erection capabilities.

Responsibilities include identifying opportunities across commercial, industrial, and mission-critical markets, maintaining a robust pipeline, and collaborating with estimating to craft

Qualifications

• Proven track record in business development or sales within structural steel fabrication, erection, or closely related construction markets.
• Existing relationships with GCs, CMs, and owners in the Southeast preferred.
• Understanding of the structural steel supply chain from detailing through erection.

Responsibilities

• Identify and pursue structural fabrication and erection opportunities across commercial, industrial, and mission-critical markets.
• Build and maintain relationships with general contractors, construction managers, owners, and developers.
• Represent Hilton Mechanical's AISC-certified fabrication capabilities and field erection services.
• Work closely with our estimating team to ensure competitive, responsive proposals.
• Track project leads from pre-construction through award using CRM tools.
• Represent the company at industry events, trade associations, and networking functions.
