Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, Business, or related field.
• 3+ years of business development or sales experience in construction/fabrication.
• Experience with Design-Build/Design-Assist and BIM/virtual construction tools (Revit, Tekla).

Responsabilités

• Proactively generate and nurture business leads within construction, design-build firms, and general contracting sectors.
• Position the company as a trusted early-stage partner in Design-Assist and Design-Build projects.
• Present certifications and capabilities (PCI S2, AISC, virtual construction, lean-building) to clients.
• Collaborate with internal teams to craft proposals, scopes, and presentations.
• Manage and expand relationships with architects, engineers, general contractors, and owners with a consultative approach.
• Represent the company at industry events to strengthen brand visibility and thought leadership.
• Monitor project pipelines, track competitor activity, and analyze market trends.
