• First line of support for technical problems.
• Report all technical issues to the Building Network Specialist.
• Installation, configuration, and ongoing usability of computing devices, peripheral equipment within established standards and guidelines.
• Work with vendor support contacts to resolve technical problems with software and computer equipment.
• Work with Network Operations staff (as appropriate) to determine and resolve problems received from clients.
• Train and orient staff on use of hardware and software.
• Recommend and perform upgrades on systems to ensure longevity.
• Order supplies for computer and printer repairs.
• Installation and maintenance of security camera systems.
• Installation and maintenance of projection system.
• Pull CAT5 & Coax cable.
• Troubleshoot Audio and Visual presentations.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
