Job summary

Jobgether SRL seeks a Senior Manager, Technical Architecture in the United States to lead a team of Professional Services Technical Architects responsible for delivering complex identity and security solutions to customers. You will coach the team, manage engagements, and partner with delivery teams to drive successful outcomes.

You will act as a trusted technical advisor, shaping implementation methodologies, quality standards, and the evolution of the architecture practice while maintaining

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in Identity and Access Management.
• 5+ years of experience leading and managing technical teams, including coaching and hiring.
• 5+ years of experience designing and delivering technical solutions for external customers.
• Strong expertise in identity and authentication technologies and protocols (SAML 2.0, WS-Federation, OAuth, OpenID Connect).
• Proven consulting or Professional Services experience with multiple engagements.

Responsibilities

• Hire, develop, mentor, and retain a high-performing team of Professional Services Technical Architects.
• Provide coaching and performance guidance toward successful delivery of identity and security solutions.
• Establish and monitor performance objectives and metrics for the team.
• Coordinate with partners and delivery enablement teams on priorities and delivery.
• Act as senior customer liaison, managing communications across customers, project teams, and stakeholders.
• Drive customer success and ensure delivery against timelines, budgets, and outcomes.
