UKG is seeking an experienced Identity & Access Management Architect to define, design, and evolve identity security architecture for our global workforce platform. You will work with Security Engineering, Product Engineering, Infrastructure, Cloud, and Enterprise Technology teams to build scalable and secure identity solutions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Cybersecurity, Information Systems, or equivalent experience.
• 8+ years in Identity & Access Management or related security roles.
• 3+ years designing enterprise IAM architectures.
• Deep expertise in IGA, PAM, Identity Lifecycle Management, Authentication/Authorization frameworks.

Responsibilities

• Define and maintain enterprise IAM reference architectures, standards, and design patterns.
• Develop scalable identity and access management solutions.
• Partner with stakeholders to align identity capabilities with security objectives.
• Evaluate emerging identity technologies and recommend improvements.
• Design identity lifecycle management processes including provisioning and deprovisioning.
• Develop RBAC and ABAC models across enterprise apps and platforms.
• Ensure identity governance aligns with security and business requirements.
• Support IGA platforms and modernize authentication services.
• Develop secure access patterns for workforce, partner, and third-party access.
• Enable JIT access and privileged account governance across environments.
• Reduce standing privilege and enforce least privilege principles.
• Collaborate with multiple teams to improve core identity services.
