Job summary

Okta is seeking a Senior Manager in the Professional Services (Technical Architecture) organization to lead a team of Technical Architects responsible for implementing Okta services. The role combines hands-on leadership with strategic oversight in Security/Identity & Access Management for customers of all sizes.

You will mentor staff, forecast resources, manage change, and maintain delivery excellence while deeply understanding client issues and resolutions.

Qualifications

10+ years experience in Identity & Access Management.
5+ years leading teams.
5+ years designing, consulting and delivering solutions to external customers.
Expertise in SAML 2.0, WS-Federation, OAuth, OpenID Connect.
Deep knowledge of enterprise web technologies and security.
Ability to work independently and multi-functionally with client work.
Ability to manage multiple customer engagements.

Responsibilities

Lead and grow a team of Professional Service Technical Architects.
Engage with customers as primary liaison and manage project communication and budgets.
Improve governance, delivery methodology, and practice evolution within Professional Services.
Drive cross-engagement coordination and oversee multi-workstream projects.
Ensure delivery quality and client satisfaction across engagements.
