Job summary
Jobgether SRL, on behalf of a partner company, seeks a Technical Lead (Engineering) based in the United States. You will blend hands-on software engineering with technical and people leadership to drive mission-focused initiatives.
You will own architecture for major initiatives, mentor 2–6 engineers, and collaborate with product and design to translate ideas into reliable releases, while setting engineering standards and improving the codebase.
Qualifications
- 7+ years of software engineering experience across frontend and backend.
- Proven experience leading, mentoring, or managing engineers.
- Strong React fundamentals and professional experience with TypeScript and Node.js.
- Ability to balance hands-on coding with people management and teamwork.
- Experience in fast-paced startup environments and effective communication.
Responsibilities
- Analyze requirements and deliver production-ready code with strong UX.
- Own technical architecture for major initiatives and guide complex decisions.
- Develop services and APIs to support web app capabilities.
- Mentor engineers through pairing, reviews, and problem-solving guidance.
- Lead large releases to production in a continuous deployment environment.
