Jobgether SRL, listed on behalf of a partner, seeks a Senior Solution Consultant based in the United States. This senior Professional Services role delivers sophisticated CXA and CCaaS solutions, aligning technical deployments with business goals and driving long-term adoption.

You will lead strategic implementations, provide hands-on guidance, and shape implementation standards in a SaaS environment, collaborating with product, support, and partner teams to deliver measurable outcomes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a technical discipline or equivalent professional experience in a technical role.
• 3+ years in Professional Services, consulting, IT, software development, or related technical field, preferably with AI or automation in SaaS.
• Strong programming skills in one or more languages such as JavaScript, Python, or TypeScript.

Responsibilities

• Lead strategic implementations of CXA and CCaaS solutions for new and existing customers, aligning deployments with business requirements and use cases.
• Provide hands-on technical guidance to customers, internal teams, and external partners throughout projects.
• Support post-implementation success by advising on adoption strategies, best practices, and optimization opportunities.
• Serve as a trusted technical advisor to customer stakeholders, including senior and executive leaders.
• Collaborate with Product, Support, and other internal teams to resolve technical issues and communicate customer requirements.
• Contribute to creation and improvement of implementation templates, playbooks, frameworks, and documentation.
• Design and support integrations using programming languages, REST APIs, webhooks, SDKs, and other technologies.
