Okta is seeking a Senior Manager in Professional Services (Technical Architecture) for a remote-capable role supporting clients in the U.S. The leader will mentor Technical Architects, manage multi-stream engagements, and apply security and identity best practices to implement Okta services.

The role emphasizes field leadership, forecasting, delivery excellence, and deep consulting with enterprise customers while aligning with Okta’s trusted infrastructure and services.

Qualifications

10+ years of Identity & Access Management experience.
5+ years leading teams.
5+ years designing and delivering solutions for external customers.
Expertise in SAML 2.0, WS-Federation, OAuth, and OpenID Connect.
Bachelor's degree in CS/IT or related discipline.
Ability to travel up to 50%.

Responsibilities

Lead a high-performing team of Professional Service Technical Architects.
Act as primary customer liaison and manage stakeholder relationships.
Ensure customer success from start to finish of engagements.
Oversee billings, revenue, and resources with governance and audits.
Drive process improvements across the Technical Architecture practice.
