Job summary

Kanshe Infotech Inc. is seeking a hands-on ServiceNow Technical Architect with strong IRM expertise to lead solution design and development across two projects in the United States.

This role splits roughly 60% architecture and 40% hands-on development, focusing on risk, compliance, policy, controls, audit, and third-party risk management. You will own end-to-end architecture, implement IRM solutions, design integrations via Integration Hub, REST/SOAP APIs, and MID Server, and lead CMDB

Responsibilities

Contract: 6 + months (extendable)

Work Hours: 40 hours/week

Engagement: W2

Certification: ServiceNow IRM certification preferred, not mandatory

Role Overview:

We are seeking a hands‑on ServiceNow Technical Architect with strong Integrated Risk Management (IRM) expertise to lead solution design and development across two projects: an IRM engagement through ServiceNow Professional Services and a Financial Services CMDB project with a ServiceNow partner.

Ideal split: 60% Solution Architecture / 40% Hands‑on Development.

Key Responsibilities:

• Own end‑to‑end solution architecture, technical design, and hands‑on development.
• Implement IRM solutions covering Risk & Compliance, Policy & Controls, Audit, and TPRM.
• Design integrations using Integration Hub, REST/SOAP APIs, and MID Server.
• Lead CMDB architecture, CSDM, IRE, multi‑source CMDB, and data modeling.
• Conduct client workshops, present solutions, communicate technical decisions, and lead a small team independently.

Required Skills:

• Strong hands‑on ServiceNow IRM implementation experience.
• Solution architecture ownership and practical development/scripting, including GlideRecord.

Ideal Candidate:

A hands‑on architect who can design, build, troubleshoot, and lead client discussions independently.

Interview Process:

1. Initial screening: IRM project depth, communication, and a hand‑coded GlideRecord exercise (no AI or IDE assistance).
2. Technical interview: Senior Solution Architect evaluates integration design, MID Server/firewall scenarios, multi‑source CMDB, IRE, CSDM, and recent IRM projects.
