Job summary

Baltimore Aircoil Company, Inc. is seeking an Applications Engineer to provide timely technical solutions and profitable product customization quotes to BAC Representatives worldwide. You will apply strong mechanical knowledge to support sales and customer needs across regions.

You will report to the Manager, Applications, and collaborate with Marketing, Customer Service, Manufacturing, Engineering, Warranty Services, and Sales to improve quotation flow and order processing.

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science in Engineering, heavy industry preferred.
• Strong mechanical and technical aptitude for product offerings.
• Excellent written communication and presentation skills.
• Proficient with Word/Excel/PowerPoint; SAP experience preferred.
• Team-oriented with a sense of urgency and customer focus.

Responsibilities

• Provide equipment selections and product strategy to BAC Representatives.
• Deliver technical applications support and customized quotes worldwide.
• Assist Warranty Services in troubleshooting with installed equipment.
• Coordinate with Marketing, CS, Manufacturing, Engineering, and Sales for quotations.
• Organize data/tools to improve the Product Applications process and ordering.
