Job summary

Baltimore Aircoil Company, Inc. seeks a Customer Site Support Engineer to coordinate post-shipment activities, commissioning, startup, and warranty resolution for designated projects.

You will work with customers, reps, contractors, and BAC functions to align resources and remove obstacles to meet schedule commitments. In this role you will facilitate field issue resolution, support customer communications, and identify process improvements while maintaining a data-based approach across BAC

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Project Management, or other technical degree with relevant experience.
• Strong project management and organizational skills.
• Experience leading cross-functional projects and initiatives.
• Excellent customer service skills with strong verbal and written communication.
• Ability to collaborate across multiple departments to achieve objectives.

Responsibilities

• Maintain communication with customer sites and monitor project execution and satisfaction, including commissioning, start-up, and post-installation support.
• Develop, manage, and close out cross-functional action plans to address concerns and risks.
• Coordinate activities among Engineering, Sales, Manufacturing, Product Management, and contractors to achieve outcomes.
• Prepare reports on project plans, field activities, and post-shipment execution metrics for improvements.
• Provide input for new and existing product platforms and participate in safety and compliance programs.
