Job summary

Sunrise Hospital and Medical Center, part of HCA Healthcare, seeks a Technical Analyst to install and repair IT equipment, support users, and resolve incidents across the facility. The role includes on-site responsibilities and adherence to IT&S standards.

The ideal candidate has a bachelor’s degree in information systems or a healthcare-related field and at least 1 year of IT experience, with A+ certification preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in information systems or healthcare related field preferred.
• At least 1 year IT experience required.
• A+ certification preferred; education/experience may substitute.
• Valid state driver’s license and proof of auto insurance, if applicable.

Responsibilities

• Installs and repairs IT equipment and software per standards.
• Responds to inquiries and provides superior customer support.
• Analyzes and resolves simple to moderate IT issues; coordinates with other teams.
• Logs and tracks problems; maintains incident documentation.
• Provides 24x7 on-call support as needed.
