The role requires a local candidate with at least 1 year of IT experience, a Bachelor’s degree in information systems or healthcare related field preferred, and basic A+ and Microsoft product certifications. On-site work with IT and service desk collaboration.

Qualifications

• A+ and Microsoft certifications preferred; substitution allowed.

Responsibilities

• Implements and supports facility IT&S desktop equipment and software per standards.
• Responds to end user desktop incidents and requests via the Service Desk.
• Maintains documentation and escalates complex issues per procedures.
• Provides on-site support and participates in 24x7 on-call rotation as needed.
• Aids and trains users on division and facility technology.

Education

Bachelor’s degree in information systems or healthcare related field
