HCA Lakeview Hospital seeks a Technical Analyst II to install, repair, and support facility IT&S equipment, and to respond to end-user requests with a focus on customer service. You will mentor junior staff and participate in 24x7 on-call rotations.

The role emphasizes adherence to IT policies and ongoing process improvements, with on-site support across multiple facilities as needed. A degree in information systems or healthcare is preferred, with three years IT experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred; information systems or healthcare field.
• Three years IT experience required.
• A+ and Microsoft desktop product support certifications preferred.
• Valid state driver’s license and 50% travel.

Responsibilities

• Installs and repairs facility IT&S equipment and software per standards.
• Responds to inquiries and provides superior customer support.
• Analyzes and supports moderate to complex inquiries; coordinates with teams.
• Mentors and trains entry-level technical analysts.
• Performs MACs and maintains incident documentation.
• Provides 24x7 on-call support as rotation allows.
