Job summary

HCA Healthcare Lakeview Hospital is seeking a Technical Analyst II to support facility and division desktop equipment and respond to end-user incidents from the Service Desk. You will mentor junior staff, perform MACs, and maintain thorough incident documentation while following policy.

You should have three years IT experience, a Bachelor’s degree in a related field, and relevant certifications. This role may involve on-site travel and on-call rotations as required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in information systems or healthcare preferred.
• Three years IT experience required.
• A+ and Microsoft desktop product support certifications preferred.

Responsibilities

• Installs and repairs facility IT&S equipment and software per standards.
• Responds to inquiries and provides superior customer support.
• Analyzes and resolves moderate to complex inquiries and coordinates with other teams.
• Mentors entry-level technical analysts.
• Performs MACs (moves, adds, changes) for facilities.
• Maintains incident documentation and escalates complex problems.
• Provides 24x7 on-call support as needed.
• Ensures confidentiality and compliance with IT&S policies.
