Job summary

Pediatrix Medical Group is seeking an IT Services & Support Analyst to join our onsite Sunrise Office. You will provide internal customer service and technical support, resolving requests via phone, chat, service portal and email while prioritizing according to procedures and SLAs.

The role requires a High School diploma and 2-4 years of IT support experience, with familiarity in Macintosh/Windows and Active Directory. Healthcare experience is a plus and on-call rotations may apply.

Qualifications

• High School diploma required.
• 2-4 years’ experience in IT support or related role.
• Prior healthcare support experience is a plus.
• Knowledge of Macintosh and Windows computing and AD.

Responsibilities

• Single point of contact for IT Services & Support via phone, chat, service portal, email & walk-up queries from internal customers.
• Troubleshoots software and hardware issues, aiming for first contact resolution.
• Escalate issues with proper troubleshooting steps documented in the ITSM platform.
• Maintains knowledge articles and user guides; supports after-hours on-call rotation.
