Job summary

HCA Healthcare in Denver is seeking a Technical Analyst II to support facility and division desktop equipment and provide tier-2 incident response from the Service Desk. You will mentor entry-level analysts and participate in 24x7 on-call coverage as required.

Requirements include a Bachelor's in information systems or healthcare field, 3 years IT experience, and A+ certification preferred; travel up to 50% and a valid driver license.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in information systems or healthcare related field preferred.
• Must have three years IT experience.
• Basic A+ certification preferred; education/experience may substitute for A+.
• Valid state driver license and proof of auto insurance, if applicable.
• 50% travel required.

Responsibilities

• Installs and maintains facility/division IT&S desktop equipment and software.
• Responds to end-user incidents and requests from the Service Desk.
• Mentors and trains entry-level Technical Analysts.
• Provides 24x7 on-call support based on rotation and policy.
