The position is based in Marin County with a 4-day onsite / 1-day remote schedule, offering autonomy and opportunities to influence policy and ensure SEC readiness. CPA licensure or active pursuit is preferred.

Qualifications

• CPA licensure or actively pursuing CPA status.
• Experience in public accounting is preferred.
• Strong knowledge of U.S. GAAP and SEC reporting.

Responsibilities

• Lead 70% technical accounting activities including transaction research and policy memos.
• Oversee 30% corporate general accounting operations and monthly close.
