Job summary

LHH Recruitment Solutions is seeking a Technical Accounting & SEC Reporting Manager for a rapidly growing technology company in California. This newly created, high-visibility role partners with the Controller, CFO, and external auditors to build public-company reporting processes and SEC readiness.

You will lead complex accounting analyses, prepare SEC filings, support PCAOB readiness, and maintain SOX controls while ensuring GAAP compliance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field.

Responsibilities

• Lead the preparation and review of SEC filings (10-K, 10-Q, 8-K).
• Prepare financial statements, footnotes, MD&A, and schedules.
• Ensure completeness and accuracy of external financial reporting.
• Monitor SEC developments and assess reporting obligations.
• Coordinate with external auditors and advisors.
