Job summary

Axon is seeking a Technical Account Manager to help public safety agencies deploy and adopt mission-critical technology. You will be a trusted technical partner, guiding deployments, solving complex issues, and maximizing value across Axon's hardware, software, and cloud ecosystem.

You will collaborate with Product, Engineering, and Support to ensure success, drive adoption, and provide feedback to improve products and services while supporting CJIS-compliant environments and customer workflows.

Qualifications

• Experience in technical account management, customer-facing delivery, deployment support, or similar roles (4+ years).
• Experience supporting SaaS applications, cloud platforms, software deployments, or integrated environments.
• Strong troubleshooting and root-cause analysis skills.
• Ability to communicate with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary technical point of contact for assigned agencies.
• Diagnose and resolve complex technical issues across Axon software and integrations.
• Lead troubleshooting and coordinate root-cause analysis with Product, Engineering, and Support teams.
• Manage escalations and ensure timely resolution of customer-impacting issues.
• Build trusted relationships with agency stakeholders and provide guidance on product capabilities.
