Job summary

Axon is seeking a Technical Account Manager to guide public-safety agencies in deploying, adopting, and operating Axon technology on-site with travel. You will partner across Product, Engineering, and Support to ensure successful deployments and strong adoption while aligning with customer objectives.

The role emphasizes technical delivery, customer partnership, and operational improvement, with a focus on data-driven insights using Power BI and SQL.

Qualifications

• 4+ years in technical account management or similar customer-facing delivery roles.
• Experience supporting SaaS applications, cloud platforms, or integrated tech deployments.
• Strong troubleshooting and root-cause analysis abilities.
• Ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary technical contact for assigned public-safety agencies.
• Diagnose and resolve complex technical issues across Axon software and integrations.
• Lead troubleshooting and coordinate root-cause analysis with Product/Engineering/Support.
• Assist with deployment design, configuration, testing, and onboarding.
• Help customers adopt new capabilities and optimize workflows.
