Job summary

Relay seeks a Technical Account Manager to bridge Hardware, Software, Supply Chain, and Marketing with carrier partners and contract manufacturers. You will own certification timelines, coordinate multi-carrier testing, and ensure on-schedule product launches.

Reporting to hardware product leadership, you will drive TA-certified releases, maintain certification docs, and strengthen partnerships with operator labs, while collaborating across teams for successful post-launch support and

Qualifications

• 10+ years in a customer-facing technical role owning technical client relationships (e.g., TAM, Sales Engineer).
• Strong cross-functional leadership across Hardware, Software, Supply Chain, and Marketing teams and third-party labs.
• Exceptional communication skills; able to switch between technical detail and executive-level narrative.

Responsibilities

• Lead pre-launch product management for cellular products and accessories.
• Drive device certifications with operators and manage testing pipelines.
• Collaborate with Supply Chain and Marketing for launch readiness and regulatory labeling.
