Job summary

Viva.com is seeking a Technical Account Manager to serve as the technical and business interface between ISV partners and Viva.com across Europe. You will oversee onboarding, API integrations, and compliance with evolving fiscal regulations, working closely with Engineering and Product teams.

In this role you will troubleshoot API integration issues, map technical requirements to regional rules, guide partners on the fiscalisation API, and support end-to-end system setups (POS, ERP, middleware).

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or equivalent practical experience.
• More than 5 years of API integration, fiscalisation, ISV support or ERP/POS configuration.
• Fluent in English (written and spoken).

Responsibilities

• Act as the primary technical liaison between ISV partners and Viva.com across Europe.
• Map technical requirements to regional fiscalisation regulations for ISV implementations.
• Troubleshoot API integration issues with engineering teams.
• Guide ISVs on using the fiscalisation API including edge cases.
• Test functionality and ensure compliance of ISV implementations.
• Provide onboarding for new ISVs and system integrators.
