Job summary

Viva.com is seeking a Direct Representative to promote our fintech services directly to merchants across the United States. You will travel to client sites, assist with verification and activation, and provide on-site support to ensure smooth onboarding and ongoing usage.

The ideal candidate has 2+ years in business development, strong negotiation, CRM experience, and fluency in English and Italian. This is a permanent EOR role with performance-based bonuses in a fast-paced fintech environment.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in business development in a fast-paced environment, preferably financial services.
• Understanding of financial products and services features and advantages.
• Experience with Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems.
• Outstanding negotiation skills.
• Strong organizational and diary management skills.
• Resiliency and the ability to handle objections.
• Ability to work with a diverse client base.
• Computer literacy and a tech mindset.
• Fluent in English and Italian.

Responsibilities

• Promote Viva.com's services by visiting clients’ premises.
• Assist merchants with verification and activation processes.
• Monitor and analyze portfolio performance.
• Provide in-person support and consultation for existing customers.
• Engage in system-scheduled and self-initiated activities.
• Ensure new merchants in the assigned portfolio complete registration.
• Support existing merchants in maintaining active usage.
• Escalate issues by opening cases for problems beyond their resolution scope.
• Present product features and benefits to clients in a compelling manner.
• Travel to meet clients and attend industry events.
