Bland AI is hiring a Technical Account Manager to own the post-sales journey, ensure rapid customer value, and drive measurable ROI from our AI phone agents. You will partner with engineers and sales to troubleshoot, guide adoption, and uncover expansion opportunities with enterprise customers.

You will communicate complex AI behaviors clearly to both executives and practitioners, operating with high ownership in a fast-paced startup.

Qualifications

• Technical foundation enabling deep understanding of customer architectures and AI workloads.
• 5+ years in technical customer-facing roles owning post-sales outcomes.
• API & integration fluency with REST/JSON, logs, and SQL queries.
• Escalation and incident management in high-pressure situations.
• Strong communication skills for executives and practitioners.
• High EQ and customer advocacy to guide best practices.
• Cross-functional collaboration with Sales and Engineering to drive adoption.
• Thrives in fast-paced startup environments.

Responsabilités

• Own the post-sales journey end-to-end and ensure customers launch quickly with measurable ROI.
• Partner with engineers to troubleshoot issues and accelerate resolutions.
• Educate customers on best practices and new features for value optimization.
