Job summary

True Talent Solutions Partners is seeking an experienced solutions consultant to lead post-sales customer implementations for an applied AI voice platform. You will guide customers from signed contract through launch, translating operations into practical AI-enabled voice experiences.

You will map customer needs into AI-driven voice workflows, document business logic and requirements for engineers, and coordinate with technical teams to integrate contact center systems.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of customer-facing solutions consulting or implementation
• Technical fluency with APIs, webhooks, CRMs, data structures, and system integrations
• Hands-on experience building or configuring real-time voice AI agents
• Experience with contact center software or conversational AI is valuable
• Background in legal, insurance, or financial services intake operations is useful
