Brink's Coppell, TX seeks a Sr Manager Technology Transformation to shape and accelerate the organization’s technology transformation agenda through modern operating models and enterprise-wide change initiatives. - Experience guiding cross-functional teams and working with senior executives on TO models.
- Expertise in change management including stakeholder engagement and adoption frameworks.
- Extensive experience managing multiple concurrent projects with rigorous execution.
Responsibilities
- Lead enterprise-scale transformation programs across Technology and business units.
- Design and implement target operating models for technology functions.
- Develop and govern strategic roadmaps for Data, AI/ML, and Digital Transformation.
- Collaborate with Solutions Architects to drive process improvements across ecosystems.
- Balance strategic oversight with tactical execution, mitigating risks and keeping momentum.
- Provide data-driven insights to executive leadership for growth opportunities.
- Communicate clearly to stakeholders and secure alignment on priorities.
