Job summary

Brink's seeks a Sr Manager Technology Transformation to shape and accelerate its technology transformation agenda. You will design modern operating models, drive cross-functional change, and lead large-scale programs spanning EA, data & analytics, AI/ML, and digital modernization.

The role requires executive-level collaboration, strategic vision, and hands-on execution to deliver measurable business value while navigating ambiguity and change.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience leading large-scale transformational programs.
• Experience leading cross-functional teams and collaborating with senior executives.
• Expertise in enterprise-wide change management strategies, including stakeholder engagement, communication, and adoption frameworks.
• Extensive experience with MS Office, SharePoint, project management, business process management, BI, and CRM tools.
• PMP, PgMP or similar certification.

Responsibilities

• Define and implement an optimal operating and technology model aligned with long-term vision.
• Facilitate cross-functional collaboration to develop scalable, enterprise-wide solutions.
• Develop, manage, and report program health metrics for a portfolio of initiatives.
• Provide data-driven insights to senior leadership to inform decisions.
• Lead strategic roadmaps for Enterprise Architecture, Data & Analytics, AI/ML and Digital transformation.
• Collaborate with Solutions Architects to design process improvements across multiple business lines.
• Balance strategic oversight with tactical execution while mitigating risks.
