Job summary

Accenture is seeking an experienced Organization Change Management leader to guide large-scale transformations in an AI-enabled, data-driven world. This role focuses on human-centered change, leadership alignment, and delivering measurable adoption outcomes across complex programs.

You will design enterprise change strategies, partner with clients to enable GenAI-enabled change, apply analytics to inform decisions, and help organizations evolve with speed and responsibility.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 8 years’ Organization Change Management experience.
• Minimum of 4 years’ experience as a consulting practitioner.
• Minimum of 3 years’ experience working on technology-enabled or digital transformation initiatives.
• Minimum of 2 years of Software & Platforms or High-Tech Industry experience.

Responsibilities

• Support clients through large-scale reinvention efforts, including reimagining work, workforce models, and human-centered experiences in data-driven environments.
• Lead and design enterprise change programs, guiding transformation in evolving roles and skills with technology and AI.
• Partner with clients to define GenAI usage across the organization, addressing readiness and governance.
• Use data, analytics, and AI-enabled insights to assess readiness and inform decisions.
• Design agile change strategies enabling new ways of working with humans and digital tools.
• Apply human-centered design to co-create scalable change journeys and manager enablement.
• Help clients build lasting, scalable change capabilities for ongoing evolution.
• Contribute to Accenture business development through proposals and client relationships.
• Be willing to travel as needed to support clients.
