Job summary

Capgemini Invent in Irving, TX seeks a Senior Consultant to help clients modernize enterprise technology platforms and operating models, with a strong emphasis on AI-enabled transformation.

You will lead workstreams, partner with senior technology leaders, and translate complex architectural considerations into actionable roadmaps and delivery plans while mentoring junior team members and contributing to board-level initiatives.

Qualifications

• 5–8 years in technology strategy, architecture, or management consulting.
• Strong foundation in platform strategy/enterprise architecture and transformation roadmaps.
• Working knowledge of cloud strategy and operating model implications.
• AI landscape fluency; able to design practical enablement approaches and guardrails.
• Executive-ready communication and strong client presence.
• Comfortable owning workstreams and leading teams in complex environments.

Responsibilities

• Lead workstreams across platform strategy, IT strategy, and operating model design
• Facilitate workshops with CIO/CTO/CISO leaders to drive alignment and decisions
• Build board-ready roadmaps and investment cases tied to outcomes and value
• Integrate AI enablement into platform and operating model strategies
• Translate architecture constraints into practical sequencing and delivery approaches
• Coach junior team members and ensure quality under tight timelines
