Job summary

Accenture seeks an experienced Organization Change leader to guide large-scale transformations in an AI-enabled, data-informed landscape. You will shape change strategies, workforce impact analyses, and governance frameworks, partnering with clients to accelerate adoption and value realization.

The role emphasizes human-centric design, responsible GenAI use, and delivering scalable change journeys across complex programs. Travel to client sites is expected as needed.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of Organization Change Management experience.
• 4+ years as a consulting practitioner.
• 3+ years in technology-enabled or digital transformation initiatives (GenAI exposure preferred).
• 2+ years of Software & Platforms or High-Tech Industry experience.
• Bonus points for applying GenAI to change work, including analytics, communications, learning, and governance.

Responsibilities

• Support clients through large-scale reinvention efforts in data-driven, AI-enabled environments.
• Lead and design enterprise change programs to adapt to evolving roles, skills, and ways of working.
• Define and enable GenAI usage across organizations with readiness, skills shifts, and governance.
• Use analytics and AI-enabled insights to assess readiness, adoption, and behavior change.
• Design agile, future-ready change strategies enabling human and digital collaboration.
