Job summary

Trellix is seeking a Senior Manager, Transformation to lead enterprise-wide change initiatives that align business strategy, technology, and culture. You will oversee cross-functional programs, drive operational excellence, and accelerate AI-enabled digitalization to boost growth and efficiency.

The role emphasizes delivering measurable value, partnering with executives, and managing transformation roadmaps across global teams. Base pay reflects market scope and location.

Qualifications

• 5-8+ years of progressive experience in project management, strategy development or business transformation.
• Deep understanding of Cybersecurity Operations, IT, digital trends, change management and strategic planning.
• Proficiency with ERP and CRM systems (e.g., SAP, Salesforce/CPQ), AI capabilities, and transformation tracking tools like Jira.
• Highly effective data presentation and communication with executive leadership and technical teams.
• Experience motivating cross-functional teams and managing external vendors or contract workers.

Responsibilities

• Define and execute transformation roadmap that aligns with global growth objectives and moves the organization toward highly automated environments.
• Lead high-priority programs (Opportunity to Order, P2P Modernization, Parkplace Transformation) across Sales, Customer Success, Product, Finance, IT and Legal.
• Manage Transformation project manager to support in delivering against requirements and milestones.
• Map out complex process flows to identify bottlenecks and redesign workflows for maximum efficiency and agility.
• Drive AI-driven solutions and self-service tools to reduce manual inquiries and empower independent decision-making.
• Establish and monitor KPIs to track the success of transformation efforts.
• Facilitate Go/No-Go sign-offs for major programs and coordinate readiness across all workstreams.
