Job summary

Jobtailor in Denver, CO seeks an experienced Training and Learning Specialist to develop and administer comprehensive training programs and materials. You will design and deliver instructor-led, virtual, self-paced, and multimedia learning experiences while coordinating onboarding for new hires.

The role requires leadership in instructional design, LMS management, and collaboration with HR partners to align content with organizational goals and customer service objectives.

Qualifications

• Experience in designing and delivering instructor-led, virtual, self-paced, and multimedia training.
• Experience managing Learning Management Systems and ensuring compliance.
• Strong instructional design, content creation, and facilitation skills.
• Excellent oral and written communication; ability to work with stakeholders at all levels.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities effectively.

Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and administer training programs and materials.
• Design, coordinate, and deliver instructor-led, virtual, self-paced, and multimedia learning experiences
• Coordinate and deliver new hire orientation and onboarding courses
• Facilitate orientation sessions for all new employees and partner with subject matter experts
• Keep orientation content relevant, engaging, and aligned with organizational objectives
• Strengthen the company’s customer service culture through targeted training initiatives
• Serve as a centralized contact for HR and employee learning and development resources
• Manage the Learning Management System to monitor compliance and organizational hierarchy
• Evaluate training needs with HR Business Partners and Learning & Development leadership
• Develop or source learning solutions addressing skill gaps
• Manage special projects and committees as needed
• Liaise with training stakeholders to ensure standardization and consistency
• Serve as an internal training consultant
