Job summary

Ice Miller LLP in Baltimore, MD seeks a Learning and Development Specialist to design and deliver technology-focused training for attorneys and staff. You will create programs, leverage the LMS, and collaborate with IT and business teams to ensure adoption of firm applications.

The role requires strong communication, 2+ years in training, and experience with eLearning tools such as Captivate, Camtasia, and Storyline. Travel to multiple offices may be required; a Bachelor’s degree is preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• Minimum 2 years of training experience.
• Experience with eLearning tools (Adobe Captivate, Camtasia, Articulate Storyline).
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Partner with stakeholders to deliver training on core firm software and technology.
• Collaborate with IT and other departments on software rollouts and upgrades.
• Develop and maintain training materials and programs for firm software and IT upgrades.
• Lead virtual and in-person training sessions for various roles and departments.
• Provide advanced support and coaching for complex software issues.
