Job summary

Ice Miller LLP is seeking an Learning & Development Specialist to design and implement technology training for attorneys and professionals. You will deliver sessions, maintain materials, and drive user adoption of firm applications.

Responsibilities include partnering with stakeholders, coordinating with IT on software upgrades, and leveraging LMS metrics to improve programs. A 2+ year training background and strong communication are required.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of training experience.
• Experience with eLearning tools is essential.
• Strong writing and editing skills required.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
• Independent work style with sound judgment.

Responsibilities

• Partner with stakeholders to deliver training on core firm software.
• Collaborate with IT and departments on software rollouts and upgrades.
• Develop and maintain training materials for firm software and tech upgrades.
• Lead virtual and in-person training sessions for varied roles.
• Provide advanced support and coaching for complex software issues.
• Track training programs in LMS and generate metrics.
