Qualifications

• Leads technology initiatives within construction, aligning with business goals.
• Forging strategic partnerships with business leaders and technology partners.
• Proven people management including coaching and performance feedback.
• Strong oral and written communication with senior stakeholders.
• Experience in software development, infrastructure, security or related IT areas.
• Solid understanding of SDLC, Agile, and DevOps practices.

Responsibilities

• Be the primary technology relationship owner for construction to identify and deliver solutions aligned with goals.
• Partner with business owners to assess investments, risks and returns on technology projects.
• Foster innovation by evaluating current and future technology initiatives with stakeholders.
• Provide leadership, guidance and performance management to technology teams (FTEs and contractors).
• Align the technology portfolio with business needs to enable nimbleness and efficiency.
• Identify cost-effective resource investments including staffing, sourcing, and in-house development.
