Ralliant is seeking a Director of Talent Management & Planning to own the talent operating system, drive the annual performance cycle, calibration, succession planning, and workforce planning across our direct labor, professional, and executive populations.

You will partner with senior HR and business leaders to deploy talent philosophy and create accountable leadership across the organization.

Qualifications

• Deep talent management experience at a world-class company.
• Systems thinker who has owned talent processes or succession at enterprise scale.
• Ability to assess talent with rigor, judgement, and analytics.
• Strong business and financial acumen connecting talent strategy to business strategy.
• Excellent communicator who prepares polished materials for senior executives.

• Hands-on operator who moves an enterprise agenda through influence.

Responsibilities

• Own the talent operating system cadence including goal setting, annual performance cycle, calibration, talent reviews, succession, and workforce planning across the enterprise.
• Define and implement workforce planning and talent strategies with HR leaders and business partners.
• Partner with executives to embed talent philosophy and drive accountability across leadership.
• Build and maintain a talent scorecard showing impact of practices and drive continuous improvement.
