The role emphasizes collaboration with business partners, solution design oversight, risk management, and proactive communication to achieve measurable outcomes for clients and the firm.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required.
• 5–7 years leading projects or delivering technology-enabled services.
• Certificates such as PMP, Agile/Scrum, Lean/Six Sigma, CPA preferred.

Responsibilities

• Leads cross-functional projects aligning with Ryan’s client and internal goals.
• Manages project scoping, planning, execution, and delivery with budgets and resources.
• Communicates status, risks, dependencies, and mitigations to stakeholders.
• Ensures deliverables meet quality standards and stakeholder expectations.
• Supports business development including proposal design and client presentations.
