Job summary

ECS Southwest, LLP is seeking a detail-oriented Recruiting Coordinator to support day-to-day coordination across divisions in Austin, TX. You will post and maintain hourly openings, review resumes, prescreen candidates, and help schedule interviews.

You will build talent pools, manage ATS records, and assist with internal and external offer letters while maintaining confidentiality and professional communication with candidates and hiring teams.

Qualifications

• 2 years of related experience.
• 2-3 years recruiting support, HR support, or talent acquisition experience preferred.
• Experience working in an applicant tracking system (ATS) preferred; iCIMS experience highly preferred.
• High school diploma or GED required. BS in Human Resources or equivalent field preferred.
• If driving for, or on behalf of, any ECS subsidiary, a valid driver's license is required.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Good ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and Outlook.
• Experience supporting recruiting teams in professional services, engineering, environmental consulting, or technical industries.
• Experience building talent pipelines and candidate sourcing lists.
• Familiarity with recruiting workflows and offer letter processes.
• Ability to work effectively in teams, with clients, peers and subordinates, as well as independently.
