Qualifications

• Experience using ATS and AI tools and standard web-based tools.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate virtual and in-person interviews across teams and time zones, ensuring a smooth experience for everyone involved.
• Thoroughly document interview processes, interviewer roles, and other relevant details to help better prepare candidates and interviewers.
• Proactively identify opportunities to streamline coordination and improve the candidate and hiring team experience.
• Generally support day-to-day recruiting operations.
