Job summary

Anduril Industries is seeking a Technical Recruiter to join our Emerging Talent Recruiting team. Based in our Costa Mesa, CA office, you will shape university recruiting strategies for hardware and software teams and act as a trusted partner to leaders and contributors across the company.

You will own end-to-end recruiting efforts, travel for university trips and events, and drive process improvements with data-driven insights. The role offers competitive equity and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in talent acquisition, preferably in university recruiting and tech.
• Demonstrated leadership in ambiguous, fast-paced environments with a focus on strategic stakeholder alignment.
• Strong cross-functional collaboration skills and a track record of influencing organizational best practices.

Responsibilities

• Operate Autonomously: Serve as a trusted talent advisor for complex hiring across Emerging Talent in Hardware.
• Develop and optimize recruiting strategies using prospecting techniques, tools, and automation to continuously improve candidate management and data extraction processes.
• Collaborate closely with the emerging talent team, program managers, coordinators, hiring managers, and senior leadership to shape recruitment strategy, guide process improvements, and drive high-impact, complex hiring projects.
• Leverage a deep understanding of university recruiting and trends related to hiring.
• Execute university recruiting trips and events as needed.
• Own and execute pipeline direction, driving results through metrics-based measurement, including sourcing outreach, candidate-driven data, and offer/close rates.
• Manage the hiring execution to meet goals for multiple teams, effectively communicating objectives and priorities.
